US President Donald Trump said the war in Iran could last “four weeks or less” as American and Israeli forces continue strikes following Tehran’s retaliatory attacks on Gulf states, Israel and US targets. Speaking on Sunday, Trump claimed 48 senior Iranian leaders had been killed, including Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as the conflict entered its third day.

• President Donald Trump said in a Daily Mail interview that the U.S.-led military campaign against Iran could last about “four weeks or less.” He described the operation as a roughly month-long process given Iran’s size and strength.
