Prince Harry finds himself in a”strange unfamiliar world which grows increasingly unfriendly” according to a royal expert. The Duke of Sussex is harboring “major regret as his new life in the United States comes under threat”, Royal author and commentator Tom Quinn claims.
Harry, along with his wife Meghan Markle, made the decision to relocate from England to America in 2020. The couple aimed to establish a new life for themselves after stepping down from their senior Royal duties, with the goal of achieving financial independence from the monarchy.
However, Harry’s past has come back to haunt him as The Heritage Foundation, a think tank group, has initiated a lawsuit against him following his admission of drug use in his revealing memoir, Spare. Applicants are required to disclose any history of drug use when filling out the form.
In his 2023 book, Spare, Harry provides a vivid account of his experience with magic mushrooms: “I stared at the bin. It stared back. ‘What-staring? ‘ Then it became… a head. I stepped on the pedal and the head opened its mouth. A huge open grin.”
The think tank has since accused Harry of lying about his previous drug use on his application and receiving preferential treatment. The form is currently under review and being examined by Washington DC Judge Carl Nichols.
In a candid chat with The Mirror US, Royal expert and author Tom Quinn disclosed that, while Harry initially found his new life in the States thrilling, he now perceives the glamour slowly fading amid the backlash he’s experiencing. “During his first six months in the States Harry found everything new and exciting, but the glamour is definitely wearing off,” said Mr Quinn.
