Kate Middleton wishes Prince William a happy Father’s Day with photo of their kids at the beach

The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, shared a touching photo of her husband, Prince William, to celebrate Father’s Day, which is also observed this Sunday, June 16, in the United Kingdom.

In the image, the future British king is seen embracing his three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, as they gaze at a British beach from a dune. Kate, who took the photo herself, added the caption: “We love you, Dad. Happy Father’s Day G, C and L.”
Father’s Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June in the UK, the US, and many other countries around the world.

The official Royal Family account also shared messages to congratulate British fathers, including an old video of King Charles, now 75, as a baby, being carried by his father, the Duke of Edinburgh, in a black-and-white video. Additionally, a childhood video of 42-year-old Prince William playing ball with his father was shared, accompanied by the message: “Happy Father’s Day, Pa. W.”

This weekend has been particularly eventful for the Royal Family. On Saturday, they attended the Trooping the Colour to celebrate King Charles’s birthday at Buckingham Palace.  The event marked Princess Kate’s first public appearance since her positive cancer diagnosis in March, and her first official event since Christmas, indicating her improved health.
