Taylor Swift’s dad dished on his famous daughter’s romance with Travis Kelce with a fellow passenger on a recent flight, according to reports.

Scott Swift, 72, was spotted on a Southwest Airlines flight out of New Orleans in a video posted on TikTok, and his seatmate, Taylor Moore, shared bits of their conversation.

Moore said of their chat: ‘He did also talk about how much he loves Travis for her, which was super cute.’

She claimed that when speaking about Taylor and her NFL star boyfriend, 35, whom the Bad Blood hitmaker has been dating since summer 2023, Scott said he ‘loves them together.’

The financial advisor then made a subtle diss at Taylor’s exes, reportedly saying that, ‘out of all of her boyfriends in the last 12 years Travis has made the biggest impact.’

‘I’m the girl that was sitting next to Papa Swift, Moore said at the start of the video posted on Tuesday.

Moore says Scott happily spoke about his superstar child and her other half, without any prompting from her, claiming, she ‘did not even have to ask him questions.’

‘I did not ask anything about Travis,’ she said.

He also reportedly said that Travis ‘has a phenomenal family’ and that ‘he knew Jason Kelce’s wife’s dad [Ed McDevitt, father to Kylie Kelce] before they started dating and so he said … “I knew they [the family] were amazing.”‘

Prior to Travis, Taylor was in a six-year long relationship with British actor Joe Alwyn, 33. The duo split in April 2023.

Her other famous romances also include rocker Matty Healy, Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner, Tom Hiddleston, John Mayer and Calvin Harris.

Moore said Scott, whom she described as quite ‘a talker’, attended several of Taylor’s New Orleans Eras Tour shows.

He [Scott] did spend a ton of the plane ride showing us… so many videos from the concert, from the New Orleans shows and he was, like, pointing out his favorite parts in the different shows.’

‘He was so proud. He was like, “Look how she does this, look at this, I love this part.” Cutest thing in the world.’

He was just spilling every bit of how proud he was of Taylor, a lot about his life, a lot about what they do, all of the good stuff. He was just talking from start to finish, he was ready to tell all.’

Moore claimed she did not attend any of Taylor’s shows herself, stating that she was ‘not a massive fan,’ despite the fact she recognized Scott before boarding the plane.

She also said at the beginning of their conversation, Scott pulled out ‘guitar picks’ out of his pocket to confirm he was Taylor’s dad.

The original footage was captioned: ‘Just Mr. Swift on my flight home from NOLA.’

Scott recently joined Taylor as she supported her Kansas City Chiefs beau at the Chiefs’ game against the New Orleans Saints in Kansas City on October 7th.

Scott and Travis were also spotted together during Taylor’s November 2023 performance in Buenos Aires.

The singer’s father and mom Andrea, 66, are almost as popular amongst Swifties as the singer herself and have played an instrumental part in her now billionaire career.

Scott is a longtime Merrill Lynch (a Bank of America company) employee whose registered investment adviser The Swift Group is based in the family’s hometown of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.

A disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission lists him as linked to 10 companies affiliated with his daughter, according to Bloomberg.

This includes merchandising and rights-management businesses and entities that own her tour bus, two private jets and real estate.

The father-of-two has previously been described as very protective of his daughter – and has been by her side during the Eras tour.

Kelce and Swift went public in September 2023 when she appeared at a Chiefs game in Kansas City alongside his mom, Donna.

Since then, the high-profile couple have inevitably endured endless rumor and gossip about their relationship – from suggestions they are engaged to claims they were on the rocks due to the singer’s absence from NFL games.

She last attended Kansas City’s win over New Orleans Saints on October 7 – since then, the Chiefs were on a bye week which followed her final leg of Eras Tour dates which runs through to December.

Recent reports have suggested that the power couple are preparing to go into business together, with plans ranging from launching their own alcohol to part-owning a sports team.

There have also been suggestions that they will buy property together in Italy’s Lake Como after visiting there on vacation in the summer.
