Kayley Cuoco is proudly showing off her new bling.

The Big Bang Theory actress, 38, is engaged to Ozark star Tom Pelphrey, news that the couple shared in joint Instagram announcements on Aug. 14.

Shortly after sharing photos from the proposal, Cuoco posted a video of her engagement ring from the actor, giving a closer look at the unique design.

Pelphrey, 42, popped the question with what appears to be a gold band boasting a dazzling oval diamond flanked by smaller stones on the sides. As revealed by Cuoco, he collaborated on the piece with jeweler Shahla Karimi, whose designs have been worn by Hailey Bieber and Taylor Swift.

Cuoco gushed over what she called a “once-in-a-lifetime slice of perfection,” adding, “My heart can’t take it!”

She also shared how grateful she was for Pelphrey, writing at the top of the video: “What a wild, beautiful journey life can be. Grateful for every road that led me straight to you.”

Cuoco publicly confirmed her relationship with Pelphrey in May 2022 on Instagram. The pair share daughter Matilda Carmine Richie whom they welcomed in March 2023.

The two first connected in April 2022 through their mutual manager Andrea Pett-Joseph, who had a hunch about their connection from the start. “She’s like, ‘Oh my God, I think you guys are perfect for each other,'” Cuoco told USA Today that May.

While Cuoco and Pelphrey rarely take date night to the red carpet (although, when they do, their coordinating style always leaves an impression), they have shared glimpses of their home life and the special moments they celebrate as a unit, from their Valentine’s Day celebrations as a family of three to Matilda’s first birthday.

Pelphrey opened up about parenting with Cuoco in a May 2023 interview with PEOPLE. “I’m so grateful to have a partner who I love to do it with because just two days with a baby in the house and I think of parents who are raising kids by themselves, and I don’t even understand how they do it,” he said.

And he also shared what he looked forward to the most in regards to having a little one around the house. “I really am excited for all of the holidays, eventually going to the East Coast and her getting to meet the rest of my family and my friends there. And it really does just makes everything magical again.”
