Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a woman after she met him party attended by Mary J. Blige, Lil’ Kim, and Nicki Minaj in Las Vegas.
In an ongoing avalanche of cases, the new unidentified victim alleged that she was lured by the music mogul to a Memorial Day afterparty in 2014.
She claimed in a lengthy lawsuit that she met the musician at an exclusive party the popular poolside lounge Club Rehab at the Hard Rock Hotel.
After the party died down, the young victim, who has been referred to as Jane Doe, claims she was invited to an afterparty at Combs’ suite at the Planet Hollywood hotel.
On arrival, the filing states that she noticed ‘tens of dozens of open bottles of his Ciroc branded vodka’ and was directed to the bar area by Diddy, according to the Daily Mirror.
‘Combs directed plaintiff to grab a bottle and help herself,’ the suit states.
The Jane Doe also took a series of pictures of Diddy dressed in a white-and-green jersey featuring the number 89 at the party and posted them on her Instagram story at the time.
Diddy could be seen standing and looking away from the camera with his arms crossed in front of him in one image, while in another he appeared to be pretending to shoot a basketball.
The woman then claims that ’40 minutes after having 1-2 drinks’ from a bottle of what she ‘thought to be vodka,’ she began to feel nauseated, dizzy and started to lose control of her motor functions.
When she complained about her state, she was directed to an empty bedroom in Diddy’s suite and told to lie down until she felt better by a person identified as ‘Smoove’, according to the Daily Beast.
Documents allege that the next morning, she woke up feeling groggy and sore, and ‘saw Combs in the corner of the room, shirtless and yelling loudly with animation at someone over the phone.’
‘Out of fear and confusion, Plaintiff remained silent and still until Combs left the room and she heard the front door to the suite close. Plaintiff eventually got up and realized she was naked and her general soreness was more aggravated in her genital area,’ the lawsuit states.
‘Plaintiff was horrified to realize that she was raped by Combs. She found her belongings, including her dead cell phone, and made her way back to the Hotel Rio where her friends were staying.’
The woman made her way to her hotel, where she ‘ended up sleeping for two entire days,’ the suit states ‘She only remembered vague glimpses of her friends trying to wake her up and offer her water. Afterwards, her friends told her that they did their best to take care of her during this time, but she was largely incoherent.’
The alleged victim claims she was plied with GHB – a popular date rape drug that was also found in the baby oil bottles found in Diddy’s house.
Diddy’s attorneys previously told DailyMail.com that he ‘never sexually assaulted anyone’ and said the most recent ‘barrage of filings’ were nothing but ‘clear attempts to garner publicity.’
Earlier on Tuesday, a personal trainer also claimed that Diddy ‘passed his drugged body around like a party favor’ to other celebrities, in one of the latest lawsuits filed against him.
The male plaintiff, known as John Doe, details how Diddy and others allegedly ‘drugged and repeatedly sexually assaulted’ him at an award show afterparty in the music mogul’s Los Angeles mansion on June 27, 2022.
‘While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced Plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman,’ the lawsuit states.
‘[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body.
‘These individuals, including Combs, essentially passed plaintiff’s drugged body around like a party favor for their sexual enjoyment.’
The plaintiff recalls being picked up in a private car, a black Lincoln Navigator, on the night of the party. He says he was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement as condition of entry.
Wanting to meet Diddy and to promote his business among the celebrity guests inside, the personal trainer agreed. He says he was not provided with a copy of the NDA.
At this point, he was handed a tequila soda with cranberry juice mixer, and instructed to drink it for access to the party.
‘Eventually, a business associate of Combs guided [the] plaintiff from a large room illuminated with red lights into a smaller room,’ the lawsuit reads.
‘There [the] Plaintiff observed approximately a dozen individuals, including several well-known figures, who were engaging in group-sex activities.
Once inside this smaller room, Plaintiff began to feel disoriented, dizzy and weak – far beyond what he would expect from consuming a single alcoholic beverage.
‘It became clear to him that something was wrong. He later realized someone had drugged him.
At this moment of realizing his significant impairment, Combs approached Plaintiff, removed his pants, and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him.’
Combs then directed the personal trainer to ‘perform oral sex on another celebrity in the room’, known as Celebrity A, who then ‘spit in his mouth,’ the suit says.
‘Due to the haze of the drug he had been clandestinely served, [the] plaintiff could not resist Combs’ coercion and ordering.
‘He felt trapped inside of his own body – unable to control it or understand what was happening around him.’
At this point, the effect of the drugs escalated and he began to pass out, the lawsuit claims.
‘While in and out of consciousness, individuals at the party forced [the] plaintiff into sexual acts with both men and woman.
‘[The] plaintiff’s physical disposition made it impossible for him to reject their advances or otherwise control his body.’
The personal trainer claims he eventually lost consciousness completely and does not remember much after that point.
