Taylor Swift fans have been left furious after Elon Musk mocked the songstress’ looks, comparing her to movie character Napoleon Dynamite ‘in drag’, in yet another bizarre social media rant.
In the since deleted post the Twitter CEO, 51, shared a snap of the Bad Blood songstress, 33, next to actor Jon Heder in the 2004 comedy with his ginger perm and thick glasses.
Writing: ‘[I] am a [Taylor Swift] fan – of course – but how do we know for sure they’re different people?.
Alongside the photos it read: ‘When you realise Taylor Swift is actually Napoleon Dynamite in drag’.
Furious fans rushed to slam the businessman with one writing: ‘He should look at himself in the mirror, worry about that’.
While a second said: ‘He is so bitter that she doesn’t acknowledge him’.
Another echoed the statement writing: ‘He needs her attention so bad’.
And someone else asked: ‘What did Taylor Swift do to deserve this from Elon Musk?’.
A fifth quipped: ‘Can he just leave this earth?’ and a sixth said: ‘He’s gone too far. I’m tired of Elon’.
While a seventh posted: ‘He needs to leave her alone’ with a sixth adding: ‘We don’t care about this man’.
Another commented: ‘The Swifities [Taylor Swift fans] about to get him real good’.
The cult comedy followed the story of Napoleon a socially awkward teenager, who to help a friend win the class presidency.

Elon has previously shared numerous eye-brow raising Tweets and back in 2020 one managed to sent stocks of his electric car company on a free fall.
The Tesla founder announced that he felt the company’s stock price was ‘too high’, before revealing he was planning to sell of his physical possessions.
The subsequent share drop erased around $13 billion from Tesla’s market value and nearly $3 billion from the value of Musk’s stake.
The same year he also dismissed rising fears over the coronavirus outbreak as ‘dumb’, despite the US death toll rising by five in a single day at the time.
Two years later in 2022 Elon dissed Bill Gates on Twitter, posting a photo of the Microsoft mogul alongside Apple’s controversial pregnant man emoji ‘in case you need to kill a boner.’
Musk, the world’s richest person and chief executive of the American company, posted a follow-up image in response to the post of six hooded figured captioned ‘shadow ban council reviewing Tweet.’
The pregnant man emoji is aimed at being inclusive to transgender people – with Musk frequently taking aim at what he sees as overreach, while repeatedly insisting that he bears no ill-will towards the LGBTQ community.
