The Bad Boy Records founder’s reputation has taken a complete dive following after he was taken into custody, and it doesn’t seem likely that it will recover anytime soon.
American Idol finalist Hadas Shalev is taking issue with Hollywood stars being seemingly radio silent about Sean “P.Diddy” Combs and the alleged sexual abuse he’s accused of doing.
Since Diddy was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution in September, he’s been hit with over 100 more allegations. The Bad Boy Records founder’s reputation has taken a complete dive following after he was taken into custody, and it doesn’t seem likely that it will recover anytime soon. Along with the fallen music mogul, any A-lister who has been associated with Diddy at any point throughout his 30-year career—whether personally or professionally—is facing heavy scrutiny.
The majority of the criticism that the industry is getting on account of the I’ll Be Missing You rapper stems from celebrities appearing not to want to publicly condemn Diddy or his allegations.
Tired of not seeing famous folk address the immorality of Diddy’s alleged crimes, almost American Idol winner Hadas shared a video on X, formerly Twitter, venting her frustrations.
“If one person in this picture has the nerve to come out and say ‘what Diddy did was wrong,’ that they ‘denounce P.Diddy’ that they ‘condemn P.Diddy’s behavior.’ If they have the nerve to stand up and say that, instead of all coming out of the woodworks, throwing their support for Kamala Harris in the last couple of weeks, then maybe we can take them seriously…,” she said. She was referring to a collage photo made up of pics that Diddy took with other famous people, which she included in her X post.
The collage photos included pictures of him with celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Cardi B, Beyonce, Martha Stewart, Ellen DeGeneres, Lebron James, Madonna, and a few others. Some of the aforementioned celebs have publicly backed Vice President Kamala Harris for president this year, which Hadas seems to also greatly dislike since she is a “Pro-Trump singer-songwriter,” per her X bio.
Diddy, and those in his orbit, can’t seem to escape the entertainer’s new harsh reality. The father-of-seven has been jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, since September 17. He will remain jailed at MDC, Diddy has been denied bail multiple times, as he waits for trial in 2025. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges laid out against him.
