Diddy was hit with more civil lawsuits with sexual assault allegations. In one suit, the rapper’s security guard allegedly told a girl that she ‘knew’ what she was there.
In one of six new lawsuits filed against Sean “P Diddy” Combs, his security guard was accused of making a pointed comment toward a 19-year-old girl.
The woman alleged she was invited to a party by Diddy in 2004, according to documents obtained by The Mirror. She claimed that in a hotel suite, “a dozen people” were in attendance and she had arrived to a “relaxed party environment.” However, her night allegedly took a turn when she and a friend were pulled aside.
The Plaintiff claimed an individual, who she believed to be a security guard, “suddenly grabbed” the pair and took them to a private room. The woman, identified in the suit as Jane Done, claimed she was unaware of where they were heading and had asked the man. He allegedly told her: “You know what you are here for.”

In the private room, the woman claimed she and her friend were forced to use cocaine and that the rapper began to “forcibly touch” them. She said that her friend managed to escape the area, but she was pinned down by the hip-hop mogul. The woman further alleged that Diddy left the room at one point, but threatened to have her killed her if she left.

The rapper is facing three felony charges — racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently behind bars as he awaits trial after the judge denied his request for bail. In his indictment, instances of “freak-offs,” which occurred in hotel rooms, were referenced where prosecutors allege he committed and facilitated sexual assault.
According to the indictment obtained by The Mirror, “freak-off parties were elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded.”
The documents further alleged that “freak-offs occurred regularly, sometimes lasted multiple days, and often involved multiple commercial sex workers.”
“During freak-offs, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant. Sometimes unbeknownst to the victims, Combs kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers. After the freak-offs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”
